He investigated and found a ((range man in his house, and on being isked his business, the intruder re« ?&ed “ surely a man can get a feed in f? 8 own house.” The alleged stranger nosed with the ques'ioner and a desperate struggle ensued, the stranger jeing overpowered. The polioe ar~ ested him and his contention is that a nistake was made in getting into the rrong house as nothing in the way r,f I burglary was attemp ed. He tad only resided in the district a fortight. Accused is too ill to appear in lour*. •-
