Wedding.

A quiet wedding took place at S. Mark's, Te Aroha, this morning, when Miss Elsa Sophia Fredga was married to Mr George Frederick McGirr, of the Tourist Department There was a large number of friends and wellwishers present. The ceremony was conducted by the Eev E. M. Cowie. The bride, wno was given away by Dr Kenny, wore a dress of brown giassy silk, velvet trimmings and brown velvet hat to match, and carried a lovely shower bouquet, The wedding breakfast was held at Dr Kenny’s residence. The young couple have - the good wishes of a large circle of friends for their future life. They will spend their honeymoon in Auckland and Kotorua. The bride’s travelling dress was a pretty plaid costume with white gem hat to match.
