ROME, Yesterday.
M. Tittoni, in the Chamber said that while Italy adheres to her noble intentions of inspiring Britain’s limitation of armaments, she agrees to the reserves made by Germany, Austria and Hungary as to the possibility of immediate realisation, but Italy will only participate in the discussion at the Hague Conference whilst reserving the right of absolute freedom of action. The solution, said M. Tittoni, belongs to the future. ST. PETERSBURG, Yesterday. Terrorists attacked the railway office at Warsaw, killing two soldiers and wounding four, and they escaped with 10,000 roubles. Soldiers fired and killed two passengers and wounded five at Stockholm. Eleven Russians were captured at Bomb factory, Sweden, close to the Russian frontier with bombs of dynamite.
