(From a Correspondent.) MORRINSVILLE, This Day. Another large deal in land has taken place near Morrinsville.. Mr N. A. Larney lias sold his Lauriston Estate to Mr Clephane of North Canterbury. Tho area is 3,000 'acres freehold, the price realised being over £25,000.
