There were 26 subscribers in the Hall, aggregating £570, and out of 14 gentlemen duly nominated the following five were, by ballot, elected as trustees to the “ Combine,” —viz : Messrs Thomas Hinton, Alec Orr. Frank J Marshall, James Bell, and Charles Manuel. On the motion of the Chairman, seconded by Mr J. M. Clifford, n hearty vote of thanks was accorded to the Secretary, Mr Frost, (Frost and Rowe), Land Agents. ’A vote of thanks, carried amid acclamation, was tendered to the Chairman, after which the meeting terminated.
