Mr Moss’ Return.

The member for the district, Mr E. G. B. Moss, writes us to the effect that should the session end to-day, he will leave the Empire City with all speed, probably arriving in Paeroa on Monday evening. Mr Moss is very pleased at the vigour imparted into the«work of the session, it has, he says, beep the liveliest of the present Parliament, There was never, since the House commenced its sitting, a lazy interlude, and tho members of the Government and Opposition benches tied with each other in the earnestness of their fighting. Mr Moss considers the drastic nature of the Defamatory Libel Bill warranted the determine.d stand he took in stonewalling that measure. From the tone of his letter, the Ohinemun campaign (so far as ifr Moss is concerned) will be fought in tlie very best spirit.
