GENERAL REIMS TORN TO PIECES.
[By Telegraph—Press Association,] St Petersburg, August 2. It is stated at Odessa that General Reims, when informed the I4th army corps was ordered to the front declared he could not go. The soldiers shouted “ scoundrel.” Reims thereupon shot dead a corporal who could not name the shouters. The men thereupon literally tore Reims to pieces.
