LUIKOFF CAPTURED. RUSSIANS FLEEING IN DISORDER. London, July 3. The Japanese on Friday, after much confused street fighting, captured. Luikoh, Saghalien, the Russians fleeing in disorder, 8 miles south of where the second conflict resulted in the death of over 200 Russians and the capture of five Hundred. Five thousand infantry and twelve guns descended Luikoff. The Japanese occupied soveral other towns in Saghalien. PEACE NEGOTIATIONS. SHAMEFUL PEACE NOT . DESIRED. St Petersburg, July 31. The clergy at Orenburg urged the Czar not to conclude shameful peace. The Czar replied : “ Russia can rely on me nevir to eonc’ude shameful peace, or one unworthy of great Russia,'’
