The Directors of the New Zealand Dairy Association have decided ! o pax a pr.ffit bonus of -jjd per lb of biPtei fat, absorbing £8.6-l, and six pei cent interest to shareholders, which a further £1,230 making a total disbursement of £9,021. The total quaniity of butter m inu - fac ured during the year was 1,376 tons. Last month fifty tons of butter w s so ! d on the Auckland market, which constitutes a record- Teapence per lb is to be paid for August butterfat. At a meeting of the directors hist evening, it was decided t'i accept the tender of the Auckland Farmers’ Freezing Company, for freezing the whole of the Association's butter during the ensuing season.
