SMART RESCUE OF THE CREW, [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION ] Paris, July 7. A French submarine sunk off Bizerta with thirteen of her crew, owing to a faulty valve. The captain and two of the crew who wore in the conning tower were thrown ove .board and Baved) Tiie divers went down, hearing cries in tho interior of the vessel, sought help and had the submarine refloated in time to save all the crew. They having sought refuge iu ! the central watertight compartment.
