RUSSIANS RETIRING FROM SAMAITSE. REPORTED JAPANESE LOSSES. DUMDUM AND COPPER BULLETS IN USE. London, July 7. Referring to the engagement at Samaitee, General Linevitch admits that the Russians retired from the captured position he declares the Japanese suffered enormously, and asserts that the Japanese were using dumdum and copper bullets.
