WEDDING.
KEELY—MASON. A quiet wedding was celebrated at Bathgate House, Te Aroha, on Thursday morning, when James, second son of Mr James Keely, of Cambridge West, was united in the holy bonds of matrimony to Florence, fourth daughter of Mr Geo Mason, of Claudelands, Kirikiriroa, the Rev J Blight tying the nuptial knot. The bride, who looked very becoming in a pretty dress of creme nun’s veiling and wearing the customary veil and orange blossoms, was given away by her brother-in-law, Mr W. H, Windsor, the bridesmaids being Miss Lily Windsor and Miss Freda Mason, sister of the bride. The former was attired in a neat tailormade costume of grey cloth, and the latter in a dress of blue cashmere, trimmed with creme lace, Mr Jas, Mason acted as best man. The bridegroom’s presents to the bride and bridesmaids were pretty gold brooches. After the ceremony the guests, num bering about twenty sat down to a sumptuous breakfast, and were then photographed by Mr R. E. Crombie. The happy couple left by the 11.40. train for their future home at Cambridge West, mid showers of rice and hearty good wishes for their future welfare.
