[by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, This Day. The shops which have been notified by the Inspectors as coming under Clause 3, were closed at 6 o’clock last evening. The fruiterers, confectioners, fishmongers and tobacconists again remained open till their usual closing hour. The pork butchers complain at not being allowed the same concession as veudors of other perishable goods, such as fruit and fish. They declare that the early closing provisions will result in disaster to their business.
