This afternoon, at 2 o’clock sharp, that coveted trophy, known as the “ Knock Belt,” will be fired for at the rifle range. Corp. F. M. Strange is the present holder of the prize. Those entered for the competition-are:—Col. Sergt. Stanley, Serg's. Salmon and Maingay, Corp. F. M., Strange and Vols Hirst, Strange, Mikkelsen. and Rowe. The ranges are 2,3, 5: and 600 yards, five shots at each, one sighter (optional). Volunteers should not lose sight of the fact that Col. Banks will inspect the members of the T.R.V. to-morrow (Friday) evening. Several important matters are to be discussed..
