Train Arrangements.
The railway authorities appear to be catering* well for tho travelling public nowadays, and the cheap fares charged is being taken advantage of on all sides. On Saturday next, being the oecasion nf the mucli-talked-of Ngaruawnhia Regatta, cheap excursion tickets will be available at the rate of 2d a mile first-class and Id a mile second - class,, will be issued from Thames and intermediate stations, available for return till 19th. A special train will e.ive Thames at 7.50 a.jn., Kopu 8.10, Paeroa- 9.15, Te Arolia 9.55, arriving at Ngaruawahia at 12.5. p.m.. and returning at 6 p.m. The usual 5.50’a.m train Thames to Frank** ton and the 12 50 p.m. train Morrinsville to Thames, will not run. On the l/7th and 19th, dates fixed for Paeroa races, special excursion trains will run from Thames and Frank!on- and intermediate stations, available for return up till 20th March..
