We -were enabled; to. have the outing through, the thoughtfulness and kindness of Mr J. F. After tea the Vicar addressed ‘‘the children, and called, for three cheers for Mr.Jhoi Strange; which were lustily given; also -three for. Strange Bros ~ and Mr. and Mrs Scott,, who had been; at great trouble to- make everything, go so well,, besides providing many things for our enjoyment; swing?, horses, wagon; , apples, etc.. Cheers were also given for the parents who; had sent in so freely either refreshments or money to provide same, also to the Vicar and teachers,. After a most delightful day town was reached before seven o’clock.
