A STRANGE DISAPPEARANCE.
A girl, named Daisy Rielly, about 15 years old, disappeared from the Vicarage some time during Sunday night last, taking with her everything she possessed—the window being her mode of exit. She belonged to the Orphan Home, and had been in the service of Mrs McFarland for over a year. No reason can be assigned for her sudden disappearance, as the girl had declined any effort made to secure her another place, and she seemed lately to be specially happy. The matter was reported to the police on Monday morning, and Constable Cavanagh has searched -everywhere to find out her whereabouts, but, so far, without success. The girl is of thick build short, about 4ft Sin., with a stoop’ and usually wore a navy blue or black dress, with white hat. tf anyone can give any information about her to Mrs McFarland, it will be gladly received.
