OHINEMURI COUNTY COUNCIL.
The ordinary meeting of the Ohinemuri County Council was held at| the Council Chambers on Thursday, when tenders were accepted as follows: —
Quarrying and breaking 300yds of spalls, Golden Cross Road—S. Whiteworth, £63 15s.
Filling and carting 500yds, Golden Cross Road—E. Bain, £34 7s 6d. Building cottage at abbattoirs—Gh. Fraser, £163 10s. Forming and ditching mill rd|d, Paeroa—H. Butler, £64 15s.
Spalling 53 chains mill road, Paeroa —P. Treanor, £242 16s 3d. Claying portion Netherton-Turua road —W. Proctor, £195. Spalling portion of Earl of Glasgow track—J. Martin, £127 16s Bd. Grading and spalling Martin street, Waihi—H. McKay, £45. Grading and spalling Eoycrof t road, Waihi—M. J. Keance, £37. Extending water main, Waitekauri —H. McKay, £22. On the suggestion of the Engineer, it was resolved to ' road and traofc- Gn the mqtion of Mr Cassrells/it was resolved, after discussion' that the motion passed at last meeting (that the terms of conditions of the Electric Energy Syndicate be agreed to if legal) be reBunded.
