Waihou Domain Board.

A meeting of the above Board was held yesterday afternoon in Mr F-.~ Pavitt’s office, Te Aroha, when there were present Messrs F. Pavitt (in the chair), Jas. Lavery, Thos. Mcindoe, A. W. Edwards, A. J. Farmer, and A. Layboum, secretary; Minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed.

It was resolved to notify Mr J. Corlett that the agreement re lease must be acceded to.

It was resolved not to lease tte\ Recreation Ground for one year, but to get it ploughed and put in better order. Mr Mcludoe, Mr Edwards, and Mr' Farmer promised to contribute to cost of ploughing. The following accounts were passed for payment: —H. Eoss, £3 ; A. Laybourn, 5s .9 d.
