The truck took cJuirgo of him at a point wluro there-is a slight decline in the Ironway line and pulled him over tho hillside and into the creek a distance of sixty foot, his mates went to his assistance and picked tho man up in a half-dazed condition and had him conveyed to his home for medical treatment. Murdoch received a number of severe wounds aud bruises about tho body and lie will be confined to bed for some days. There is considerable speculation as to how ho escaped with his life.
