Sir, —I was much surprised last night on entering the Domain to find the grounds in utter darkness. Many people were there, and doubtless many more would have been there had the place been lighted. It is to be ho: e i it was through inadvertence and not intentionally done, for if it is the regular thing, it will get the place into bad repute, and keep away visitors of the better class.
