An Invaluable Discovery.

BY A N.S.W. FARMER.

Many wonderful and valuable discoveries have from time to time been made by men in all positions and in all parts of the world. The discovery recently made, however, by Mr George Batchelor, a well known farmer of the Horton Diver, N.S.W., has proved of fche utmost importance, both to himself and to others. A reporter thus describes a visit to Mr Bachelor’s residence : Mr Bachelor was engaged ploughing when I called on him. ‘I hear, Mr Bachelor,’.said I ‘ that you have just experienced a remarkable recovery from a very long illness and discovered Dr Williams’ Pink Pills for Pale People to be a perfect cure for your ailment.’

‘ Exact-y so.’ Would you mind narrating the particulars of your case for publication ? .. ‘ Certainly I will, for I think the case is one which should*have all the publicity possible. I am 65 years of age, and have been resident in this district for about 12 years. Prior to . my coming here 1 had always enjoyed ‘ the best of health, and I had been ac- ■ customed to work very hard. About i

six years ago however, all my energy seemed-to gradually desert me. I suffered acutely and constantly from * pains in my limb 3 lost my appetite, and for months at a stretch I did not know what it was to get a good night’s ‘ ; --\Yprk‘ of the very'Hgfitest nature at last became beyond the question with me, and I could do nothing but sit by the window and consent myself by watching the others work the farm I gave up all hope of ever being able to do any more work, and almost be- - believed . that every week which commensed would be my last. In my endeavours to stay the ravages of the ailment which had overtaken me, which had overtaken me, which were gradually drawing me into the grave, I tried an innumerable sq-called cures, and swallowed an- unconscionable quantity of medical compounds, but beyond giving me temporary relief occasionally, they, none of them, did me any good ; in fact, 1 honestly believe teat the' majority of them only aggravated my sufferings. I was just on the point of giving up in despair, a few months baek, when I happened to read in a newspaper of some wonderful cures effected by Dr Williams’ Pink Pills for Pale * People, and I determined them a triaL After taking the first box I felt considerably relieved, and so marked was the improvement I noticed in my strength that I decided to continue their use. I did so, and up. to the present time I have taken five boxes. ; My inability has all disappeared, and I am pleased to say that to-day I am as strong and hearty as • ever I was in my life. It is no trouble to me to do a day’s farm:work now, and I feel quite equal to the task of walking at least 30 miles a day. Everyone who knows, n © can testify to the great cure the © Pills have

effected, in me, and in lec amending them for similar cases to mine I can hcnostly say that they a © worth more than their weight in g< d If ei anybody knew their true value there would be no further medicines sold. -These pills are a tonic, not a purgative They have cured paralysis' lecomotor ataxy, rheumatism, ai d sciatica; also all diseases arising' from: impoverishment of the blood, scrofula, rickets, chronic erysipelas, consumption of the and lupgs, anaemia, pale and sallow- cOmplexioh general muscular weakness, loss of appetite, palpitations, pains id the hack, nervous headache, early decay, all forms of female weakness and hysteria. : They are genuine only with the full name, Dr'Williams’ Pink Pills for Pale People, and are sold by chemists and storekeepers generally, or theDr Williams’'Medicine Company, Wellington,N. Z., who will forward (Post Paid), on receipt of stamps or post order, one hex for 3s 1, or half-dozen for 16s 6d. A trial of our remedy will convince the most sceptical person of its true worth." ■ -
