The new Wesleyan Churches atWaihi and! Karangahake are to be opened to-morrow. Special sermons are to. be preached morning, afternoon and evening, by the Seva H.R. Dewsbury. Chairman of the [District, and A- ; and with fine weather.there will, do doubt, be crowded congrega,gations. -;.’ ~ - , Grand musical festivals, m honor of the occasion, are to be held at vV aihi on Monday, and at Karangahake on ’ Tuesday, at which the above named gentlemen are :to take a prominent part ' ' • . , . x .. In view of the-growing requirements '• of the district a new minister has just been fppoin ted to Waihi, viz., Rev W. Becket (from Prince Albert Colwho commences his work at once. - Opportunity will be taken at the festivals next: week, to welcome Mr Beckett to the circuit. At Paerba/on; Wednesday,' a similar festival will be held in the Criterion ■Theatre to celebrate the opening of a. new organ. ' v "
