At a meeting of the Management Committee of the Te Aroha Football Club, held in the News Office on Monday evening last, it was decided to entertain thier Patron (Hon A. J. Oadman), Presidents, and Vice-Pre-sidents, at a banquet on 24th May. The secretary of the Te Aroha F.C. begs to acknowledge receipt of £1 Is from Mr J. Smardon, who writes accepting the position of one of the vice-presidents of the Club. Mr S. T. Smardon also forwards a match ball to be competed for. Mr F. Pavitt also forwarded £1 Is, and accepts the pO ition of President to the Club.
