Waitekauri Sly Grog-selling Case.

The last act of the recent Waifcekauri sly-grog selling case was acted on Saturday last, when Constable Moon arrested Geo. Hyatt. It will be re membered that at the last sitting of the Magistrate’s Court accused was fined a total of £40.35, or in default 84 days’ imprisonment. He was allowed eight days in which to find the money, but as that time had elapsed and the money was nob forthcoming, he was accordingly arrested and sent to Mt. Eden. /.• . *
