The Beauties of New Zealand .
An Australian traveller, a Mr Samuel Dickinson,. of Sydney, chairman of the Mutual Life Association of Australasia. who is just finishing a tour through New Zealand, when interviewed by a Herald reporter the other day, said of the cplony With the country I have simply been delighted. I have been to four of the hot springs —Wairakei, Rotorua, Okoroire, and Te Aroha. I prefer the scenery and the climate of Okoroire. Te Aroha is very pretty, and for anyone suffering from rheumatisrii, gout, or skin dis ease, it is believed to be the best. The air, however, at Rotorua, is vitiated. It may be a healthy vitiation, but the smoll seems to' me too near that of rotten eggs to be altogether pleasant.’’
