Business Licenses .

The alleged intention of the authorities to insist on payment of those engaged in carrying on business in the town, of a Business License, is meeting with great disfavor, and threatens to develop into" something like a revolution. A meeting of those interested was held last night, but the following information is substantially correct. Those present were unanimous in their determination to resist the demand for payment. An association was formed and a fund started with a view to fighting a test case if necessary.
