Alterations at the Domain.
After the usual monthly meeting of the Te Aroha Domain Board on Wednesday last, -the? Commissioners went into; Committee, and the press were excluded. We have received the following particulars, however, from the Clerk to the Domain Board.; The Board went into Committee to consider the applications for the position of female bath attendant. There were fourteen applications, and Miss Wallnutt, of Hamilton, was unanimously chosen to occupy the position. Her appointment dates from Monday next, but she will not be required to take up her duties until the. Wednesday following. It was decided that the Chairman instruct her in her duties, and that her hours of attendance be from 8 a.m. to' l p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. The hours for the male attendant will be 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. ; 1 to 5 p.m. ; 8 to 10 p.m. Gardener: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; also the lighting of lamps every day when required, Sundays included. Gardener must also clean the baths on Sundays, hot 8 a.np
