The Weekly Half -Holiday.

A special meeting of the Town Board, in accordance with “The Shop and Shop Assistant’s Act, was held last night to determine- the weekly halfholiday for the ensuing year. There was a full attendance of the Board, and as no request had been made by any of the tradespeople for a change, it was unanimously resolved to adhere to the present arrangement. Thursday afternoon, then, will be the halfholiday as hitherto.
