Tub fion,. Member for Ohinemuri, who was much refreshed by his brief visit to Te Aroha, left yesterday afternoon, accompanied by his nieces and his private secretary, Mr Ben. Wilson, for Paeroa, Karangahake and the Thames. Mr Caddian expressed himself as being well pleased at the progress Te Aroha was making, especially in the Domain, which becpmes more and more attractive every year. It may not be generally known, but Mr Oadman himself suggested the adoption of many of the elegant designs ornamenting the handsome new building overlooking/ the Domain lawn. There was no ministerial business to transact in connection ‘with the dis trict, but Mr Oadman gave innumerable private interviews. It may be mentioned that the facts in the case of George Wilson, of Hamilton, were laid before Mr Oadman, who promised to give the same his attention.
