FOUND DEAD IN THE BUSH.; u - Dunedin, Sunday.' _ Search parties were out to-day, and discovered the body of Joseph RobertBon, who was lost in the bush and became exhausted on his way into town from the Silver Peak district. Robertson was 60 years of age, and leaves a wife family.

RAILWAY ARBITRATION CASE. Wellington, Sunday. At the Midland arbitration case yesterday Sir R. Stout said he would classify the evidence remaining and by eliminating unnecessary matter shorten the proceedings considerably. He had* a number of witnesses ready, but their evidence .was merely corroborative. He hoped to close the case for the crown on Tuesday evening.- Mr Blake said hdhoped the evidence would be finished by Tuesday, and if so he would then grant an adjournment of a day-.to enable counsel to prepaivr addresees. FATAL BOATING ACCIDENT. . , Dunedin, Sunday. A boating accident occurred this afternoon in the harbour. Threeyoung men were out in a sailing boat below Ravensbourne, when the boat capsized. Those on board a yacht seeing what haa occurred made for tho spot, snd one of the young men in the water was saved by one of those on board tho yacht jumping overboard and asssistmg in getting him on board. The other two were drownel, their names Strpnach, 21 years, son -f William Scrouach, a clerk, and John Forsyth, 15 years, son of a pamter living m Arthur-street.
