DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND.
The eleventh dividend- haß. been declared by the AYaihi Gold Mining Company, at the rate of 2s per share, which Will be payable at the offices of the company, on December 16. So handsome a dividend is gratifying, not only to .Waihi shareholders, but to everyone interested-in mining, as show-, the results following operations carried on progressively and scientifically. The transfer books of the. company will be closed from December 13 to December 16, both days inclusive.
