Ordered to pay a fine of ss, and costs 7s. , Huberts and liowe were charged on tho information of the Inspector, of Slaughter-houses that they did so dis pose of blood and refuse from slaughter so as to cause a nuisance' Defendants pleaded guilty. . Inspector said it was the first offence. Fined 5s and costs 7s.
