BOATING ACCIDENT .

WiiLLiNGTOKr, Sept. 22. A yatchinG accident happened this afternoon. The yacht Pastime, with five occupants, was cruising about the harbour, and when off Morton’s boat sheds, at Thorndon, was caught in a sudden gust when coming about, and capsized. Four of the occupants were rescued by the Star Boating ' Club crew, but the fifth, James Wykes, a stage hand connected with the Opera House, was very much exhausted. The doctors used all possible means for restoring life, but it is doubtful if they will be successful.
