Pupil teachers of the first year who failed to pas 3 examination in June, 1894, have been notified that the Board grants them the option of coining up in June, 1895, for the end of second year, with the promise of promotion to third year rank if they should pass, and with the penalty of forfeiture of their employment if' they should fail to pass.
