VOLUNTEER ENCAMPMENT.
TnEßkwas Some dissatisfaction caused among our local volunteers yesterday afternoon, when it become known that through some hitch, the tents and camp .equipage, which was expected by train, did not' arrive. Nevertheless, nothing daunted, the officers determined that the week’s training! should not he delayed thereby, and haying bilited the men, who have a distance to come, .in the town, the parades will be held as at first intended, every morning at 5 o’clock and evening at 6.30. We understand the tents will be here by Thursday’s train, when they will at once be erected. The officers expect a full. muster this morning, which, we hope, will be the case, asgwe understand if the camp is well attended it means -680 to £IOO by way of capitation to the company’s funds. Lieut.-Adjt. Grant arrivod by train yesterday and intends staying throughout the week’s encampment.
