IRISH LAND PURCHASE RILL.
MR PARNELL’S VIEWS. London, July 13. Mr Parnell, speaking in the House of Commons, said he was willing to adopt the Irish Land Purchase Bill provided ihat inquiry is made during the recess with a view to preventing landlords from monopolising the moneys of local bodies, giving authority to administer under the Plan of Campaign, and referring disputes to arbitration. Mr Balfour, in reply, praised the moderation of Mr Parnell’s speech.
