The following is a copy of a circular which lias been circulated amongst the shareholders of the above Company : “ 157 West George Street, Glasgow, 9th. May, lb9o. Dear Sir, The Board of Directors of tho Cassel Gold Extracting Company, Limited, are glad to inform you that they have to-day received a Telegram from their Manager, Mr 11. A. Jones, now in Denver, Colorado, intimating tint a Company has beerr formed there for the working of our process in the United States of America. The . gentlemen at-" the head of the American Company are wealthy, Influential," and largely interested in Gold and Silver Mining in Colorado. The Capital of the Company is 5,000,000 dollars; two fifth of Avhich-has bean iillo-. cated to the Cassel Company and two-fifths set apart for Working Capital. I am.
