PROTEST AGAINST CENSURE.
ANOTHER BANQUET TO PARNELL. London, June 29. Archbishop Walsh recently censured Irish members for being absent on the occasion of a snatch division. Parnell was mentioned amongst the others. As a protest against the censure, which the party look upon as unwarranted, the Home Rule members gave Parnell a brilliant birthday banquet on his natal day.
