RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT , PAEROA .
MONDAY, JUNE 9th, 1890. [Before H. W. Northcroft, Esq., R.M.] Barrett v. Jackson : In this case Janies Barrett sued Nancy Jackson for £44 10s Id for goodß supplied. The plaintiff desired to give defendant credit for £BB 4a 5d contra account ; and judgment was entered up for plaintiff for L 6 5s 8d and 80s costa.
