LAKE RACES.
Next Saturday the Lake races are set down for decision. There are half-a-dozen events on the programme, and with a fine day the gathering will provide an enjoyable outing. The management of the meeting are issuing a number of complimentary tickets for the occasion. The Devonport Ferry Company will convey excursionists to the Lake at Is return, and since the, erection of the jetty there is no difficulty in landing. The acceptances and general entries will be found in another column.
