ROYAL PALACES GUARDED.

SIX HUNDRED ARRESTS.

St. Petersburg, March 29. The agitation of students of the University and Academy of Agriculture for the restoration of the privileges abolished in 18S3 is increasing, and pamphlets are being freely circulated an ong all the Universities interested.

In consequence of the attitude of the students the palaces at Moscow and St. Petersberg are being guarded by police. The students demand freedom of conscience, liberty of the press, and the abolition of the autocracy of the Czar.

Six hundred of the students have been arrested at Moscow.
