Pretoria, Alarch 11. Sin C. B. H. Mitchell, Governor of Natal and Zululand, has telegraphed lo President Kruger with reference to the recent disturbance at Johannesberg, during which a mob prevented President Kruger from addressing a meeting and tore dow-n the Transvaal flag, at the same time singing “ Rule Britannia.” His Excellency expresses regret at the indignity to the Boer flag. It is therefore improbable that President Kruger will punish the rioters.
