CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES.
NO-CONFIDENCE MOTION. Pabis, March 4. In the French Chamber of Deputies, a motion of want of confidence in the Government was lost by 249 against 200. This is regarded as practically a defeat of the Ministry, owing to 120 having abstained from voting.
