A HORRIBLE TRAGEDY.

New York, February l 1?. Information of a horrible affair has been received from Crawfordshire, a village in Arkansas. A lady was discovered to have been outraged and murdered, and the murderer having been traced by some neighbours of the deceased, he was conveyed to the scene of the tragedy. Here the murderer was punished by lynch law. His captors first cut off his arms, then severed his legs from his body, and finally cut the head from the trunk with an axe.
