GREAT FIRE IN LONDON. SEVERAL LIVES LOST. London, February 20. During a large fire at Westminster last night, the "all of the burning building fell anti buried several persons, two being killed. The excitement was increased by one of -the fire engines running over and killing a woman. SYDNEY, February 20. The heavy rains continue to do serious damage to Sydney suburbs.
