PARNELL COMMISSION.

FORECAST OF THE REPORT. London, January 25. The “ Pall Mall Gazette ” states that the report of the “Times”-Parnell Commission wili be disclosed within a fortnight, and that it will prove tantamount to a dismissal of the charges brought against Mr Parnell, on the ground that they were based on forgeries. The report will, it is stated, censure the leaders of the Land League for their method of promoting agitation in Ireland, and will condemn the truculence of the Irish national press.
