THE ZAMBESI DISPUTE. POPULAR FEELING IN LISBON. Lisbon; January 17. Excited mobs are still gathering in different parts of the city as a protest against the submission of the Portuguese Government to England. The Portuguese are boycotting English residents, and are cancelling contracts made with them. The officials at Quillirnane, a seaport of MozamDique, are much dissatisfied with the manifesto issued by Senhor Pimental, the Portuguese Premier: The judges and magistrates are resigning tneir offices, and there are many symptoms of further trouble.
