SCHOOL OF MODERN LANGUAGES. London, January 12. The Imperial Institute has decided to establish a school of modern languages. The Prince of Wales presided at the meeting at which the decision was arrived at, and Professor Max Muller delivered an eloquent address in support of the proposal. ANTWERP WOOL SALE. Antwerp, January 12. The opening of the wool sales in this city has been fixed for the 22nd. Eight thousand bales have been cata logued, including 1,100 bales ot Australian wools.
