London, January 10. The report that England has refused to submit the Zambesi territorial dispute to arbitration has been confirmed. Paris, January 10. The letter which appeared in the Ennis “ Guardian,” purporting to be from Mr Charles Parnell, advising public bodies to treat the divorce action brought against him with contempt, and so on turns out to be a hoax, perpetrated with the object of making it appear that these bodieswere interesting themselves in the matter.
